Processing & Production Times

At Whimsical Living Studio, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made products with care and precision. Each item is made to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. As such, production times vary depending on the complexity and size of your order.

Estimated production times:

  • Small items (e.g., picture frames, storage, shelving): 5-7 business days
  • Medium items (e.g., tables, desks, furniture): 10-14 business days
  • Custom & one-of-a-kind builds: Estimated individually based on design scope

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your item is ready to ship.


Shipping Times & Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout:

  • UPS Standard: Cost-effective option with delivery times varying by location
  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed next-business-day delivery

Please note that shipping times begin after the production period and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

 

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Customers may select their preferred UPS shipping method during checkout.

 

Damages, Lost Packages & Returns

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with UPS to locate it or provide a resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
